• Walk exterior/interior of the property

• Look for exterior/interior vandalism and signs of forced entry

• Check for basement flooding and storm damage

• Confirm all utilities are on and running (water, electricity, gas)  

• Make sure lights are on/off

• Make sure doors and windows are locked, the security system remains activated

• Checklist of property status is electronically sent to the Homeowner

• Pick-up all mail and newspapers, remove flyers
